Introduction Open Standards Speech Components(TM)
is a suite of modular components that allows managers of large enterprise
networks to enhance the operational efficiency of their IP based voice network. It is a collection of ready-to-use components that plug into existing network infrastructure and thus minimize deployment time. Since these components
comply with the most prevalent and open standards in the Industry for speech
applications design and communications networks, solutions built around these
components is automatically protected from the dangers of obsolescence,
